錫蘭產的正山小種


於錫蘭製作、沿襲中國正山小種製法的經典煙燻紅茶。

源自中國福建的正山小種紅茶，被引進西方世界之後，成為經典的Lapsang Souchong紅茶，以其獨特、大膽而強烈的煙燻味為紅茶饕客們稱道。

Lapsang Souchong的搭配性極高。除了適合甜點類的巧克力之外，Lapsang Souchong更是鹹食的好搭檔，在歐洲，Lapsang Souchong 和煙燻鮭魚三明治早已是紅茶館咖啡館裡的標準推薦。此外，Lapsang Souchong 和烤雞肉、培根、香腸、紅肉料理也是相得益彰。
