St. Coombs 茶園 (Pekoe) 

Dimbula茶區從中央高地向西緩降，美麗的橘黃色澤帶有黃金的光暈，或許因為如此，有人就形容Dimbula茶區的茶是充滿陽光的一杯。St. Coombs茶園是錫蘭茶官方研究機構 TRI (Tea Research Institute) 自己的茶園，得利於該茶園多種多樣的茶樹品種，成就了她罕有的芬芳，放涼了喝也能顯出甜味。

這款茶可以試著泡不同的比例，泡得濃一點是很夠格的早餐茶，淡一點則鮮美回甘。有人說汀布拉茶是錫蘭茶中的模範生，幾乎所有含雞蛋、牛奶、麵粉香的甜點都適合搭配這款茶。
